I believe that what separates a great individual from a good player is doing more than what is asked. I have taken alot out of the game as I have learned the value of teamwork, responsibility, leadership, and a will of always stay committed, and never lose focus the goal at hand. I am an individual that is very ambitious, and driven to find a way to be better not only as an employee, but also in life, and God has allowed me to encounter people through football that have provided me wisdom not only on the field, but also in life. The game is much bigger than the athlete, but more importantly football is very similar to life, in that you have ups and downs, but it's the moments when you are down that I appreciate, because as a player you become humble by the adversities we face.

To whomever it may concern:
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of reference for Anthony Fitzgerald. I have known Anthony for about three years. Those three years have been with direct intervention as a recruit, a player and a student on our Texas College football team.
Anthony drive and abilities will truly be an asset to your institution. He is a team player and would make a great asset to any football team, and will inspire and motivate other players as well.
He has proven to be the type of player who will take-charge and able to successfully perform whatever is ask of him. He has made many plays with his athletic ability while playing for us..
It is for these reasons that I recommend Anthony Fitzgerald without reservation.
He is a trustworthy individual and would be an excellent candidate for your organization. If you have any questions regarding this recommendation, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for the opportunity of correspondence,
Sincerely,
E. Jay Brown, Athletic Director, Texas College
To Whom it concerns:
Anthony Fitzgerald has asked me for a letter of recommendation to help him pursue a career as a professional football player.
I have been a head college football coach the past twenty-eight years. During my career I've had 15 players who have been invited to NFL camps. Five of these made NFL teams for multiple years. Based on my experience, I suggest you consider Anthony as a legitimate professional prospect. He loves the game. He learns quickly. He players with a passion. He moves well and has the experience to anticipate prior to the snap.
I was one of the head coaches for the NAIA All-Star game played this Spring. Anthony was one of the players selected from all NAIA Seniors to participate in the game as a player. I was very impressed with his attitude and play.

His weakness is probably his lack of not being asked to much pass coverage. But if given a chance he can and will do it.Also his height may be seen as a flaw for some teams, but he can overcome that with athletic ability and speed.Needs to get 40-yard under 4.6 as well. Overall Summary
Anthony is a solid linebacker that when or if given a chance can make a team better and will be an asset to the defense.Going to a small college may have worked against him in the past but he can overcome it and play at the next level.
